Hi everyone,

This is a two tournament day! Tournaments are in both Arlington and Kennedale, which are 3 miles apart. Please pay close attention to the flight times and LOCATION for your archer, as there is no room for error since the tournaments are full.

Arlington Location: Arlington Archery Center 4215 Little Road Arlington TX 76016. Driving directions from Prosper High School says 65 miles/ 1 hour 10 minutes. Please DO NOT cut it close!!  

Kennedale Location: Kennedale Junior High 930 Corry A. Edwards Drive Kennedale TX 76060

Flight times:  Find your coach 30 minutes BEFORE your flight time

Arlington - 12:30pm arrival/1pm flight 

Kennedale - 3:30pm arrival/4pm flight

Parents - archers need this time to get calm and focused. Please get your archer there on time out of respect for them, their team, and their coaches.

Attire - Competition shirt (gray shirt, school down the back), solid, full length black pants with no holes in them, flat shoes. No long sleeves under the shirt. Long hair pulled back off the neck area.

Equipment - Bring your bow and 5 arrows. Arrows should be marked as theirs on the index fletching. Your coach will hand them a Prosper arrow if there is a bounce out.

Preparation - Archers should go to bed at a reasonable time on the night to get plenty of rest. Eat wholesome foods on  before competing. Avoid excessive sugar. Avoid video gaming before the competition. (Yes, I assure you they will not die from this!)

Parents - Wear your Prosper gear and bring your binoculars. Please do not engage in score-keeping during the flight with your archer. We need them focusing on proper archery form, not math. We also encourage you to sit at an angle behind your archer, so they cannot see you or your reactions.
